Network Capacity Fees (NCF)
Under the TRAI Tariff Order mandate, Network Capacity Fee (NCF) is the base fee charged to subscribers for access to the channel delivery network. For the first 200 SD channels, a standard NCF of ₹130 per month (plus 18% GST) applies. Standard rebates apply for multi-TV home setups under identical subscriber billing details.
Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) Scheme
Shivaay IPTV offers various consumer hardware options (Standard Set-Top-Box and Android Smart Box) under friendly outright sale, monthly rental, and security deposit refund schemes. Full hardware guarantees are maintained throughout the service deployment lifecycle.
